Rachel, Mary, Amita, & Grishma arrive at Chateau Luxe for Hair and Makeup.

10:00-1:00 PM

Hair & Makeup must be done by 1pm. Rachel goes last.

12:30 PM

Sagar arrives at Chateau Luxe.

1:00-1:30 PM

Photographer Alan taking detail pictures of Rachel putting on her dress & jewelry with the help of both Moms & bridesmaid.

1:30-2:30 PM

Bridal Fashion Photography. Special first look for Steve, Mason, Mary, and Christina.

2:45-3:30 PM

Groom's Photography with Amita, Rajesh, Duncan, Hamza, Grishma, Arun, Aarya.

CEREMONY

3:30 PMVenue Doors Open
  • Venue foyer will be open and will be serving drinks and snacks.
3:45 PMGuests Arrive
  • Please arrive on schedule to allow time to prepare for the attendee's Baraat Procession with Sagar.
  • Our DJ will direct guests to gather outside front entrance for Baraat Ceremony.
4:00 PMCeremony Begins with Baraat Procession

4:00 Sagar's Baraat procession will kick off the ceremony, where he will ride by chariot to the garden. He will be accompanied by his and the bride's family, and will be surrounded by live drums, singing and lively celebration.

4:15 Guests will be seated at the Venue Garden waiting for Rachel's arrival.

4:20 Alice, Grishma, Aarya, and Mason will lead Rachel to the Garden from her dressing room. At the Garden, Flower Girls (Aarya and Alice) will shed pedals and lead Rachel to the Mandap. (Ceremony stage) where she is unveiled before her Groom.

4:45 PMSeated Ceremony at the Garden Mandhap

Seated Ceremony at the Garden Mandhap will begin, followed by a series of traditional rituals guided by our Priest.

COCKTAIL HOUR

6:30 PMCocktail Hour Begins in Venue Foyer
  • Cocktail hour will take place while the wedding party continues taking photos with Alan in the garden.
  • Rachel, Sagar, Grishma, and Amita will change into their reception outfits.
  • Rachel will use the west side ("Groom" dressing room) to avoid first-look visibility.
7:30 PMBride & Groom First Look at Ballroom
  • Sagar and Rachel will have their first look in the wedding hall, then return to the Groom's dressing room.

RECEPTION

8:00 PMBallroom Grand Entrance & Dance Performances
  • Groom Grand Entrance followed by Bride Grand Entrance
  • Father Daughter Dance
  • Mother Son Dance
  • Bride and Groom Dance
  • Friends Dance Performance alongside Rachel and Sagar.
8:15 PMSpeeches, Champagne Toast, & Cake Cutting
  • Speeches by Friends and Family, with Sagar and Rachel going last.
  • Speaches will be followed by the Champagne Toast and Cake cutting.
  • During cake cutting, photographer Alan will circulate to photograph all wedding guests table-to-table.
9:00 PMDinner Service & Dance Floor Opening
  • Food will be served, coordinated with the timing of the cake cutting and Alan's group photos of the guests.
  • When dinner winds down, Photographer Alan will gather everyone on the dance floor for a group photo to kick off the dancing.
10:00 PMDessert & Dancing
  • Dessert comes out, dancing until end of the night
